Chelsie and Michael have chosen to host their wedding ceremony and reception at TEN Asian Bistro in Newport Beach. Guests are asked to arrive no later than 2:00pm, as the ceremony will begin at 2:30pm.

After the ceremony, appetizers and soft drinks will be served to guests while reception preparations commence. Guests will also have an opportunity at this time to sign Chelsie and Michael's Guest Book.

Guests will also be invited to use the cameras provided at each table to take photos of themselves and others throughout the celebration!

Once the newlyweds finish with post-ceremony photographs and arrive at the reception, guests will be called to join in a congratulatory toast prompted by the Maid of Honor, Ashley, and the Best Man, Elvis. This will be immediately followed by a buffet dinner.

Menu options are as follows:

- Arugula salad, consisting of Granny Smith apples, candied walnuts, red onions, chives and shaved parmesan in a sherry vinaigrette
- Iceberg salad
- Kung Pao Chicken, with scallions, peanuts and chili peppers
- Mongolian Style New York steak, certified organic, wok-seared with button mushrooms, whole dry chilies and hoisin sauce
- Roasted asperagus, drizzled with sesame oil
- Mandarin sizzled stir fried rice

As dinner comes to an end, Chelsie and Michael will take part in the ceremonial cutting of the cake. This will be followed by their first dance, and later, an open dance floor.
